Kubricky Construction Corporation is seeking a reliable individual for a position as a BRIDGE FOREPERSON to join a dedicated and hard-working team in Wilton Campus.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and schedule crew productions and understand goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Required Qualifications:
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in bridge construction.
•A minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as a team.
•Must possess a clean valid driver’s license.
•Must have proficient knowledge with NYSDOT standard specification as it relates to bridge construction.
•Must be willing to travel.
•Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Compensation:
Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.
Base Salary Range $36,000-$112,500
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
