Salary Range:
$18-$21 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Daily organizing of conference rooms, kitchen, printers/copiers, and general office areas.
- Assist with cleanup, scanning, and archiving of office files and documents
- Assist with project/staff file management and shredding
- Assist with miscellaneous office tasks such as:
- Deliveries, pick-ups, furniture inspection/repairs, maintaining pool cars, etc.
- Assist with marketing proposal reproduction, paper stacking, and delivering proposals
- Assist with cleanout and setup of offices and staff cubicles (Boxes/Furniture)
- Miscellaneous general office assistance
- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to drive within the tri-state area
