Position Summary The Retail Lead is responsible for leading interactions with customers and providing excellent customer experience and service delivery.
This position also requires knowledge about cannabis products, product recommendations, and sales transaction processing while acting as a sales leader to meet or exceed the company's sales and profitability goals.
Responsibilities & Duties Provide excellent customer service to all customers; lead team in same. Answers customer questions about products and advises them on their needs and preferences, addresses escalated customer concerns.
Ensures transactions are processed accurately and efficiently using a computerized system; provides training to staff as needed Acts as a sales leader to meet or exceed the company's sales goals by using Insa sales standards and modeling sales behaviors for the team.
Ensures order fulfillment and restocking when needed; maintains a clean and organized retail space. Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and state regulations, including sales limits and proper checking of ID specifications Actively contributes to maintaining a safe work environment by following applicable safety procedures, wearing appropriate PPE, and reporting injuries, near misses, and hazards to management Behaves in a manner that is positive, productive, cooperative and encourages teamwork Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent requirement Retail and cash management experience preferred Basic computer and math skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cannabis and industry regulations Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations Additional Information This is a full-time position.
