At df-pray-general-contractors, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Full-Time Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team. This key position is responsible for leading teams in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control all resources (people and materials) for the successful execution of a project.
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, employees).
- Manages multiple projects concurrently.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods) and be able to read, analyze and interpret business documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 7-10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Procore Project Management software, scheduling and job costing software, and Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of Auto Cad, Solid Works, Inventor, or similar an asset.
