As we expand our reach and services, we’re looking for a high-performing Auto Sales Executive to drive our growth through outside sales and new account development.

This role will focus heavily on outside sales — identifying, developing, and closing new B2B accounts while maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in automotive sales and/or commercial finance, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and develop new client accounts (fleet, individual, and commercial)
- Conduct outside sales visits, attend networking events, and build relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support post-sale
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and vehicle inventory
- 3 years of proven success in auto sales and/or commercial equipment finance (retail, fleet, or commercial)
- Demonstrated experience in outside sales or territory-based account generation
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel regionally as required
- Existing portfolio of automotive or fleet clients
- Experience with CRM systems
- Background in B2B or fleet vehicle leasing/sales is a plus
