Schedule Details: Main shift scheduled hours will be 6:30pm-3am. It is an expectation that Leads are flexible with their scheduled hours, as well as flexible with traveling to other campuses as needed. Scheduled days may vary depending on the needs of the department. Every other weekend and at least 3 holidays a year are required

Environmental Services is a large department consisting of staff across all campuses which includes Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, Pewaukee and Angels Grace, our Hospice. What You Will Do:
Coordinate customer requests for service and other duties to include: Log all calls , dispatch requests to appropriate staff, generate reports, verify completion of requests and miscellaneous secretarial duties as assigned. Delegate work and montior EPIC and staff work flows. Train staff as needed and cover assignements as needed. Must have basic computer skills including Word and Excel and be able to move from task to task with ease and adjust daily work loads to meet the needs of the customers. Must be able to adapt to change and do so professionally and respectfully.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
