Job Profile: Sells automotive parts and accessories to customers and D-Patrick Service Departments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists customers in selecting proper parts for their vehicle.
• Pulls parts from stock.
• If part is not in stock, determines availability and orders parts for customer.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other related information.
• Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up.
• Notifies Service Department and the customer that ordered parts have been received.
• Provides friendly, professional and efficient service to all customers.
