COMPENSATION: Salary Bonus $50,000-$75,000

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have previous success as General Manager of a fitness studio/ club (revenue, profitability, member and employee retention) *start-up experience a plus.
- Basic business performance metrics experience: Revenue, P&L, labor and team management, and facilities maintenance.
- A "connector" with high levels of energy, empathy and emotional intelligence.
- A natural "team captain": Positive attitude, leads by example, strong problem solving skills, ability to think on feet and make smart plays. has led teams of 4 or more.
- Experience building partnerships with local businesses, schools, sports clubs, and organizing/managing promotional events.
- BS/BA in relevant field or business.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve membership and revenue goals through a focus on sales leadership and motivation of staff
- Oversee day-to-day training facility operations (maintenance, inventory, employee recruitment/training/scheduling/supervision, etc)
- Be obsessive about delivering excellence in all aspects of the member experience--facility cleanliness, quality of coaching and equipment, and overall positive/motivating vibe.
- Become an expert at the MindBody platform and train your team.
- Maintain business processes and regular financial reporting
- Ensure we shoot/procure/publish content to social media daily
- Demonstrate urgency in resolving issues (e.g. member complaints, employee conflicts, member attrition, health emergencies, etc)
- Ensure facility is opened and closed properly every day.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
