Job Summary
As a D1 Coach , you will be responsible for leading and motivating athletes through workouts, ensuring they receive top-tier coaching in strength, speed, and performance training. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive, motivating environment that helps athletes reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities :
Coach & Inspire Lead group workouts, personal training sessions, and team training while maintaining high energy, expertise, and motivation.
Modify & Adapt Adjust movements and training programs to suit individual needs and abilities.
Educate & Empower Provide athletes with knowledge on strength, speed, conditioning, and nutrition to help them succeed.
Prioritize Safety Ensure all training follows proper form and technique to minimize the risk of injury.
Build Relationships Develop strong connections with D1 members by assessing their goals, tracking progress, and maintaining open communication.
Lead by Example Exhibit passion, professionalism, and top-tier customer service in every session.
Qualifications :
CPR / AED / First Aid Certification (Required)
NCCA-Accredited Certification (Required) NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent.
Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science or Related Field (Preferred)
Minimum 1 Year of Coaching Experience in group, team, or personal training settings.
