General Manager - Elite Sales Pro
D1 Training – Winston-Salem, NC
Full-Time | Base Pay Bonus | OTE $50,000–$80,000
D1 Training Winston-Salem is hiring a proven Fitness Sales Manager to lead front-end sales, drive revenue growth, and deliver a world-class training experience.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for a confident, high-energy sales leader who can sell high-ticket training packages on day one and take ownership of facility performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set appointments, conduct facility tours, and close high-ticket training packages and memberships
- Serve as the primary closer for all sales when on site
- Follow up with leads and manage daily sales activity
- Track and review weekly sales, retention, and revenue metrics with leadership
- Deliver a consistent D1 customer experience
- Support front desk operations including check-ins, onboarding, POS setup, payments, retail sales, and inventory
- Assist with special events, camps, and community activations
- Ensure accurate reporting through Mindbody POS

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of high-ticket sales and/or sales management experience
- Fitness industry experience HIGHLY preferred
- Proven ability to close and exceed sales goals
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of gym or membership-based operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred
- NASM/NSCA certification is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Pay Performance Bonuses
- On-Target Earnings: $50,000 – $80,000 annually
