D3 Search is actively seeking an Associate Attorney on behalf of a respected boutique law practice (plaintiff PI/mass tort, etc.) with its well-established offices located in Los Angeles, CA (90071)

- Important Note: 5 years previous civil litigation experience in a LAW PRACTICE is REQUIRED. Prior plaintiff experience HIGHLY preferred.

Hybrid 4/1 work model (Wednesday remote).
Position Summary:
Dynamic boutique plaintiff injury practice is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join their Personal Injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to make a significant impact in the community. The firm is committed to providing a strong work-life balance while engaging in intellectually stimulating and rewarding work.
The Associate Attorney will play a key role from case inception through conclusion. This includes:
- Involvement in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation demands, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Preparing complex pleadings and drafting intricate motions and briefs.
- Managing correspondence with clients, experts, and opposing attorneys.
- Taking the lead on depositions, working closely with experts, and engaging directly with clients.
- Being proficient in all aspects of the discovery process.
Ideal candidate brings the following to the firm:
- A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, specifically within Personal Injury.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of CA and in good standing (required)
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
- A proven track record of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Litigation experience is required; trial experience is a plus.
Annual Salary/Compensation & Health Benefits:
Starting annual salary/comp. range is 175K - 225K | DOE/DOQ plus a comprehensive health benefits package, generous PTO, 401K plan, hybrid 4/1 work model (Wednesdays remote), paid parking onsite, yearly reviews, annual, lucrative & uncapped bonuses, etc.
