Position: Front Desk Coordinator
Location: iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary: Join our team at iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics as a Front Desk Coordinator! Your primary responsibility will be to handle all front office functions for the practice, ensuring that patients, parents, and guardians are the number one priority.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations as needed.
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with all staff and management.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Strong PC skills and the ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
