D7 Treatment is looking for a full-time case manager for their IDAHO FALLS office location.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least a Bachelors Degree in a human services field.
JOB DUTIES:
- Complete client intake based on GAIN assessment of their needs
- Provide Skills Training and Development classes
- Ability to make changes and can adapt to new procedures to make them more efficient
- Help promote clients progress in achieving their treatment goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff and clients
- Professionally build rapport and trust with clients
- Creative and efficient problem solver
- Good interviewing skills with the ability to use different techniques
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele
- Good computer and technical skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Must maintain accurate client documentation with in the time frame established
- Must be able to pass an enhanced state background check
- Experience with electronic health records enforced by HIPPA laws
- Maintain and promote a sober lifestyle
- Complete individualized treatment planning with clients including initial, on-going, continuing care and discharge plan.
- Complete discharge planning with client and family.
- Complete reviews of client progress.
- Prepares and completes all necessary documentation and record keeping in a timely manner.
- Attend Problem Solving Courts and interact with team members including attorneys, judges, probation officers, CPS workers, and clients.
- Participates as an effective & contributing member of the drug court team & communicates well.
- Understanding of and appropriately demonstrates knowledge and competency related to confidentiality and ethical standards of the counseling profession.
- Attends continuing education classes and applies knowledge learned.
- Works within a team setting- works effectively with a treatment team format, knows how to work with supervision.
Salary: $20-25/hour to start plus full benefits and raises each year. Starting salary depends on licensure and experience.
