Daddy's Dogs is looking for a sharp, strategic, and fun-loving Operations Administrator to lead the charge in managing our restaurants, events, and team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love making data-driven decisions, and have a knack for keeping things running like a well-oiled machine, we want to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting:
- Track daily sales for all locations and events (stadiums, festivals, late nights, etc.).
- Oversee performance at The Nations, Printers Alley, Franklin, and our newest Madison spot.
Scheduling:
- Coordinate weekly event schedules and assign shifts for the front-line team.
- Communicate prep needs to management and ensure post-event reports align with sales and inventory counts.
Operations:
- Use tools like Slack, Jolt, and Google Calendar to streamline team communication and project scheduling.
- Manage event logistics, from cooler packing to inventory tracking.
- Hire gig workers and onboard new hires.
Payroll & HR:
- Fix timecards, prep payroll, and oversee employee management using Deputy and ADP.
- Manage certifications, onboarding, and training schedules for team members.
- Foster a positive work culture with monthly newsletters and effective communication with shift leads.

- Experience in operations or administration (bonus points if it’s in hospitality or events).
- Tech-savvy with tools like Deputy, Slack, Google Workspace, and Jolt.
- Strong communicator with a sense of humor and a no-BS attitude.
