Job Summary:
The Production Engineer Assistant will be responsible for stabilizing and increasing productivity, analyzing the production problem, and providing recommendations for problem resolutions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Program robots for various welding tasks.
· Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production processes.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
· Monitor and improve welding quality and efficiency.
· Collaborating with teams to successfully maintain production goals.
· Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation associated with the analysis process.
· Support reaching the quality, costs, and delivery targets of the program.
· Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
Requirements
Skills, Experience, Education
· Strong background in welding techniques and robotics.
· Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
· Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organization's production processes.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Knowledge in CAD programing.
· Willing to travel as needed.
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
· 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
