Integration Analyst

Daikin Applied is seeking a talented Integration Analyst. The Integration Analyst, in our manufacturing environment, is responsible for designing, leading, and maintaining integration solutions that connect enterprise systems such as ERP, EPLM, HRM, and other manufacturing related applications. This role ensures seamless data flow across production, payroll, supply chain, and quality management systems to support operational efficiency and real-time decision-making. The Integration Analyst collaborates closely with Digital (IT), Operations, and Business teams to analyze integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data exchange processes. Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows and system integration best practices is essential to enhance integration accuracy, system reliability, and production performance. What you will do: 

Analyze Integration Requirements:

• Collaborate with business units, Digital (IT) teams, and external partners to understand integration needs related to manufacturing systems
• Participates in engaging with the business customers on business processes and practices associated with the Digital systems that implement, support or enable those processes and practices
• Participates in activities designed to ensure customer expectations are met
• Receives, solicits, and interprets information and facilitates communication at appropriate levels between Digital and its customers by engaging in the preparation of documentation and presentations and participating in meetings

Participate in Delivery of Solutions: 

• Understands “customer context”, which consists of business processes and Digital infrastructure and tools which support customer needs
• Understands key business objectives and processes of Digital’s customer, specifically how those objectives relate to the business’ problems and needs, their tools and systems

Maintain Documentation:

• Prepares business requirements from which applications can be developed or modified with guidance from the Integration Architect and Manager
• Create and update technical documentation, including integration architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and troubleshooting guides

Support Continuous Improvement:

• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize integration processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve system interoperability in line with manufacturing best practices
• Participates in engaging with the business customers on business processes and practices associated with the Digital systems that implement, support or enable those processes and practices

Ensure Data Security and Compliance:

• Ensure integration solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, particularly related to manufacturing data

Provide Training and Support:

• Assist end-users and technical teams with integration-related issues, and provide training or knowledge transfer as needed
• Activities include development of functional test scripts. Understands how to represent business processes, engaging customers appropriately in testing activities

Participate in Project Management:

• Contribute to integration-related projects by providing technical expertise, status updates, and risk assessments
• Forges a network of beneficial relationships with all levels within Digital organizations and the customers of IT in order to establish mutual trust and provide a foundation for high level project partnership.
• Initiates and develops working relationships with internal groups

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree of Arts or Science or a related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years in Integration solutions utilizing Middleware
• 2 years of experience in systems integration or a related field
• Strong understanding of API development and integration methodologies
• Knowledge of data transformation tools and ETL processes
• Proficient in SQL and data querying techniques to analyze and validate data
• Experience with cloud integration solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 3 years of experience Solutioning Manufacturing Integrations utilizing Middleware in an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) environment
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica or similar
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java for automation tasks
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats (JSON, XML)
• Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on system integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity working in an HVAC manufacturing environment

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,000 - $117,000 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
