What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Daily Calm Wellness?
We are a Health and Wellness business located at the Malibu Country Mart!
We need someone who is:
-up beat, yet calm
-personable with exceptional customer service and sales skills.
-communicates effectively with clients and co-workers.
Responsibilities:
-greet clients by name and help to create a welcoming and soothing atmosphere.
-assist clients in filling out intake forms.
-have a personable approach with knowledge of our services, therapist techniques, and promotions.
-introduce customers to their therapist.
-promote and sell services and retail products.
-assist studio operations including, but not limited to, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, organizing client files and member cards, accepting payments, re-stocking work stations, folding linens, sweeping, and other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
-strong people skills and ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
-time management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
-flexible schedule that sometimes includes weekends.
-professional attire.
-great phone etiquette.
-a passion for health and wellness, open to learning, and possible advancement within the company.
- ***experience with Vagaro or other scheduling software is a bonus***
