What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Specialist position at Daily Grace Enterprises, LLC?
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.
This is a hybrid position with the office located in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).

We are seeking to add a full-time social media specialist to the team. You should be passionate about the mission of our company – to equip disciples to know and love God’s Word. You should be driven, enthusiastic, and excited about collaborating with The Daily Grace Co. team to produce gospel-centered resources. Your love for social media, community, and building relationships through technology make you the ideal candidate for this position.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Comfortable in-front of and behind the camera to produce social media photos and videos.
- Knowledge of the social trends of various platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Basic theological understanding of Scripture in order to accurately communicate the value of the product to the customer.
- Experience managing various social platforms for another business or ministry (not just personal experience), preferred, but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and write captions for social media posts
- Assist with coordinating and filming video content for social platforms (including Instagram stories, reels, etc.)
- Brainstorm, coordinate, and request creatives for social media as needed
- Manage brand reputation by responding to messages and comments on social platforms
- Strategize and implement affiliate and influencer programs
- Strategize and implement new initiatives to increase social engagement which leads to customer acquisition/conversion
- Weekly reporting on the performance of each social platform
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting annual salary for this position is approximately $50,000 based upon experience.
