Cake Decorator
Duties:
- Create and decorate cakes according to customer requests and specifications
- Use various techniques and tools to design and decorate cakes, including piping, fondant, and edible decorations
- Ensure cakes are visually appealing and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with customers to understand their cake design preferences and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cake decorator in a catering or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong artistic skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
