We are seeking a dedicated, reliable professional with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Cashier. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a passion for helping customers find the items they need and has the ability to manage multiple transactions at once. The Cashier is often the first point of contact for customers who visit our store, so we're looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills who can make customers feel welcome and comfortable.
Responsibilities:
- Stack goods on shelves when inventory arrives.
- Know and follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Be on time for work and stick to a schedule.
- Maintain cash register; process transactions efficiently and accurately to include sales contracts, refunds, correcting errors, and voids.
- Accurately count money collected and accept checks as payment for products; use equipment to print receipts and verify checks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
