Overview:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced food service environment. Looking for crew members that want to work Monday through Friday day shift.
Duties:
- Take customer orders and process payments using cash handling skills and cash register
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and assembly
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work well in a team setting
