Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our patrons. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, glassware, and equipment.
- Manage cash register and POS system accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and nutritional information to assist with food service.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to food safety and follow proper handling and storage procedures.
- Work effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
- Manage time effectively, juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide assistance to guests with special requests, such as food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, promoting a sense of hospitality and warmth.

- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a bartending role.
