Dakota Wesleyan University is seeking a self-motivated and conscientious individual to fill the position of IT Digital Support Technician. The digital support technician position is responsible for second line support for all staff, faculty and students, resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. IT Support staff work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides services over the phone, through e-mail, phone, in person (for walk-in customers) and self-service.
Ability To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows, Mac, and iOS) and across a range of software applications are critical to success in this position. Successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and computer skills, attention to detail and have a commitment to the mission of DWU and the values of learning, leadership, faith, and service.
Qualifications: Must possess excellent IT skills and computer literacy. Previous experience of working in an IT support role. Working knowledge of iOS, Mac and Microsoft Windows client operating systems as well as various software packages including Microsoft Office and standard iOS apps.
