Scheduled Shift: THUR: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM, THUR-SAT 6:00 PM - 6:00AM
- Maintains inventory levels and issues spare
- Receives and verifies inbound shipments of spare parts and equipment.
- Performs cycle counts.
- Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
- Follows company operating procedures.
- Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Organize and control stock and put away inventory in assigned location
- Responsible for logging and control issues and returns of tool crib stock through JDE and Barcode Checkout System.
- Restocking of information systems devices, i.e., paper goods
- Promotes and participates in ISO/QS9000 programs and awareness.
- Promotes department goal of 99% inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Receives and documents all incoming raw material according to procedure and or supervisory instruction
- Answer the telephone during off hours.
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 50lbs.
- Be certified to operate forklift, pallet jack and any necessary equipment.
- Complete all required training, including ergonomic, safety, health and environmental.
- Identify and adjust workstation arrangement, work practices, and workflow to reduce risk factors
- Report issues to supervisor/manager when unable to control risk factors.
- Report symptoms of injury/illness and concerns when first noted.
- Participate in incident investigation.
- Use ergonomic equipment provided
