Project Manager

Title: Operations Project Manager

Client: Biotech

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA - 1x per week

This person will support an Operations team performing project management and logistics-based tasks for various externally sourced programs.

• Coordinate multi-site logistics activities with external vendors on behalf of Client and collaborate with various internal organizations in support of outsourced programs.
• Manage the transfer of large data files between company and external vendors with accuracy, and maintain in an organized fashion.
• Manage all documentation in an orderly manner, including Meeting Minutes and distribution.
• Manage SharePoint (or similar) site for information and communications, developing FAQs, etc.
• Maintain and manage documents pertaining to project meetings, decisions, data, etc.
  
  

Ideal Candidate: B.S. with 1-2 years of experience in general project management. Strong time management. Ability to work with basic data and building graphs.
