Description
- Recognized functional expert who regularly leads staffing efforts critical to the organization in support of a high performance workplace.
- Engages in analysis, evaluation, design, development and implementation of system processes modifications and enhancements.
- Executes ongoing analysis of current hiring trends to estimate impact on organization to report to executive leadership.
- Maintains a clear understanding of the integration with all hiring systems, including file feeds to third party systems.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of staffing processes; advanced knowledge of functional area and understands how work impacts other areas of Human Capital Management and the organization.
- Gather, audit, report, and analyze data for Human Capital Management to inform future decisions and practices.
- Proactively identify gaps and knowledge to determine systematic methods for gathering and reporting data.
- Determine strategies for managing data to be best used for future analysis purposes.
- Modify existing systems and processes as needed; design, organize and provide ongoing development to achieve established goals.
- Provide support and training to staffing team to efficiently clean and manage data.
- Serve as a thought partner with staffing to identify process improvement gaps.
- Prepare presentations to report data to department and district executive leadership.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and manage new and current systems.
- Identify needs and compile Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to ensure uniform action across department.
- Demonstrate sufficient business knowledge and consult with other departments to provide timely feedback and solutions.
- Remain current on all general knowledge information regarding staffing services to identify synergies between teams and areas for improvement.
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field.
- 2 plus years in direct related experience.
- 3-5 years in direct experience in HR, Business or related, preferred.
- Ability to employ a big-picture focus to understand and align with departmental goals to execute strategy effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate a strategic, consultative approach to resolving HCM related issues within employee relations.
- Moderate to Advanced knowledge of the following systems: Oracle APEX, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Google Suites, and Excel.
- Experience with statistics and/or data governance preferred.
- Ability to multitask with multiple data sources and ability to quickly develop new technical systems.
- Strong: organizational skills, communication (verbal & written), attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perceive organizational implications of recommendations and decisions.
- Self-starter and able to work without close supervision.
- Willingness to work beyond the confines of the job description to contribute to a powerful team committed to educational equity and student achievement.
