Job Requirements
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of team stores and kiosks at the arena in coordination with official team merchandiser. *
- Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and replenishment to meet demand during peak seasons and events. *
- Manage the team’s online merchandise store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions. *
- Coordinate with marketing and merchandiser teams to enhance user experience and drive online sales.
- Collaborate with vendors, licensees, and team brand stakeholders to design and source team-branded merchandise. *
- Develop and execute strategies to increase merchandise sales across all channels including promotions around game-day themes and online sales cycles. *
- Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and adjust product mix accordingly.
- Maintain brand integrity across all merchandise and retail displays.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance fan experience and drive sales. *
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to leadership. *
- Ensure in arena stores always remain clean and presentable.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Serve as a front-line representative for the club in our in-stadium retail store locations. *
- Coordination with official merchandiser operations lead to ensure game-day operations and storefronts are setup and event ready. *
- Ensuring proper amounts of inventory for each game.

Job Requirements
- Formal Education & Relevant Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail or merchandise management, preferably in sports or entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with licensing and brand compliance in professional sports.
- Proficiency in business software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).*
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.*
- Work Location & Hours: Work is performed in the office and/or at one of the arenas as determined necessary by the Company. Must be available to attend all home games for both Dallas Wings, as well as attend company events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.*
- Analytical skills for sales forecasting and trend analysis. *
- Be extremely detailed oriented and organized. *
- Strong leadership and ability to perform under pressure during live events.
