Dalworth Clean, Inc. is looking for floor cleaning technicians to provide services for a variety of floor types; Tile and Grout cleaning, Wood Flooring cleaning, Carpet cleaning, Marble and Stone polishing & cleaning, Rug cleaning, as well as Upholstery cleaning.
No experience required! We provide comprehensive paid training!

Our floor cleaning technicians are the cornerstone of our success, so we’re looking for individuals who have the potential to be a “Star” performer. You must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, but more importantly, you will be someone who enjoys serving others, has high personal standards, and be of good character.

Job Summary
You start the morning at our office in Euless and prepare for the day's schedule. Then, you will drive one of our trucks, loaded with equipment, to a customer's home. When you arrive, you will meet the customer, inspect the cleaning job to be done and answer customer questions. Next, you will gather the needed equipment and perform the services ordered. Finally, you will inspect the work with the customer and collect payment. Once everything is wrapped up and the truck loaded, you will check your schedule and go to the next customer's location.
Schedule
4 days x 10 hour shifts. (Any 4 days between Monday - Saturday. Only required to work 2 Saturdays/month - counts as 1 of your 4 days)
7am to 5:30pm. Overtime is often available.
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and furniture (50lbs - 100lbs)
- Great work ethic with an independent nature of self-accountability
- Sales experience (soft sales or up-selling), preferred
- Ability to do physical labor for long periods of time
- Teachable and Coachable
- Pass drug screen and background check
- Driver's License
- Clean driving record
