Pay Rate: Up to $34.00/hr depending on experience plus spiffs. Our service technicians can make up to $40.00/hr with spiffs
Position Summary: To provide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to both residential and commercial customers alike according to Danco company standards.
Work hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical school
- 2 years of HVAC residential service experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- NATE Certified or obtained within 1 year of employment
- Universal EPA Certification
- Willingness to invest in basic tools
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Salary : $34 - $45
