We have an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Machinist to join our diverse team in Freeport, IL. The Machinist operates and sets up conventional, numerical control (NC), and specialized machines and machining centers to precisely machine steel and brass components. Wage range for this position is $26.93 - $29.29.

What You’ll Be Doing

- High school diploma or GED; alternatively, one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- Capable of reading and interpreting documents like safety regulations, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedural guides.
- Proficient in performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across all units of measure, utilizing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
