At Danfoss we build high quality, state of the art hydraulic pumps and motors to achieve more with less to power agricultural and construction machinery. We engineer impact where it counts, from the farms that feed to the modern city. Danfoss in Easley has an opening for a WIP operator 1st shift.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Set up machine in accordance with setup matrix and best practice.

• Understands the different settings and adjustments available on the hone machines

• Able to set and adjust hone tooling to achieve quality parts

• Understands the basics of statistical process control and the use of control limits

• Comfortable using precision gage tools and measuring equipment.

• High School Education or GED.

• Must understand dimensional requirements and the importance of producing parts that meet specification.

• Must have basic math skills with the ability to calculate clearance in decimals.
