What You Will Be Doing
- Provides friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests.
- Knows all table numbers, stations and floor plans.
- Assists wait staff as needed in serving beverages and delivering food to tables.
- Responsible for final review of orders for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery to guests.
- Clears and cleans tables following guest departures.
- Checks table condiments and fill if necessary.
- Sets table with appropriate utensils and other necessary items.
- Assists guests as necessary.
- Performs other food service-related duties, including general cleaning and set up.
- Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas.
- Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours.
- Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays.
- May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted.
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
- Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
