This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $23-$26/hour. We provide excellent benefits, including dental, vision, a health savings account (HSA), periodic and annual bonuses, sick time, and vacation time. After 60 days of employment, we pay 100% of the premium for medical insurance (a $6,860/year benefit). We also offer a 401(k) with a 5% company match after 60 days of employment. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE - GENERAL LABORER
As an entry-level Pavement Maintenance - General Laborer, you are the lifeblood of our company. Working with two or three crew members, you prepare parking lots by thoroughly cleaning them with blowers, brooms, and sweepers. Then you spray the seal coat material to fill any pavement cracks. You apply a high level of care to everything you do, including taking care of company equipment. You enjoy the opportunity to work outside and love seeing the results of your hard work!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver's license

SEASONAL WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time, seasonal position works from April to November, but we are also open to considering students who are available to work from June to August. The typical hours are Monday - Friday, from 6 am - 4 pm with some overtime and weekend work.
