JOB DESCRIPTION
- The primary purpose of the charge nurse job position is to provide direct nursing care to hospital patients, ER admissions and residents.
- The charge nurse also supervises day-to-day nursing activities performed by the treatment nurse and certified nurse assistants.
- Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Sign on bonus included.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Healthcare Provider CPR required
- ACLS required or able to obtain
- TNCC required or able to obtain
- Current Montana state license as a registered nurse required, may work under temporary Montana state license as a registered nurse as defined in the Montana Board of Nursing rules and regulations.
SCHEDULE
Wage rate also dependent upon experience and education. Starting $32.78
