Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products and provide exceptional service in a dispensary setting.
Duties
- Stock and maintain inventory levels of cannabis products
- Communicate product information, usage, and effects to customers
- Weigh, package, and label cannabis products as needed
- Execute retail sales transactions accurately
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Utilize retail math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Supervise store activities and ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
Skills
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in retail math calculations
- Ability to maintain store operations effectively
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse customers and associates
- Ability to assess the needs of individual customers to elevate their experience
Requirements
- Must have valid OMMA Medical Marijuana Credentials
- Must be over the age of 21
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a drug test (cannabis ok)
