ACCOUNTING ANALYST - Santa Ana
Job description
We are seeking an experienced individual who is hands-on and can be an expert on the status of our clients' billing, collections, operations, the process and procedure of the billing department, and generate reports.
Responsibilities:
- Process and calculate customer billings and handle A/R collections
- Responsible for review, corrections, and finalization of invoices in compliance with our billing guides and policies
- Investigate and resolve customer billing concerns and collection issues
- Provide billing support – answer day-to-day questions
- Maintain customer relationships
- Develop and work with efficient billing procedures, policies, and tools; Including the maintenance and updates of training manuals
- Create management reports in Excel - moderate to advanced required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experienced in processing customer billings and A/R management
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel skills, Microsoft Office Suite and Tech Savvy with commonly used software solutions
- Ability to work internally and externally with different personality types
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Must be a problem-solver, team-player and solutions expert
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
