Responsibilities
- Prepare the company’s cash flow according to the guidelines set by the Finance Director and ensure its operational stability.
- Assist and analyze, together with the operations department, the preparation of project-based budgets.
- Coordinate the monthly accounting closing and the preparation of financial reports.
- Supervise the proper execution of the approved project budget and analyze variances.
- Arrange internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.
- Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support the Finance Director in profitability analysis and financial projections.
- Implement improvements in financial and administrative processes.
- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial entities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy in cash flow projections (variance < 5%).
- Reduction in accounts receivable cycle (measured in days).
- Operational expenses control vs. approved budget (% variance).
- Project profitability (achievement of net margin targets).
- Level of tax and regulatory compliance (zero penalties or fines).
- Reduction of financial costs (through debt renegotiation or working capital efficiency).
- Percentage of financial reports delivered on time (100%).
