We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children during their crucial developmental years. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote early childhood development
- Plan and conduct engaging activities that encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and self-esteem
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and addressing any developmental concerns
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Adhere to all licensing regulations and policies
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working with children in an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for working with young children and promoting their well-being
- Knowledge of daycare or childcare regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with special needs is a plus
- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required
