Overview
A Food Handler for Dapper Doughnut is split into 4 essential jobs: cashier, doughnut decorator, doughnut maker and beverage maker. Every team member that is hired is to learn the entire restaurant and all of its functions. This is a versatile job where every member knows the menu, knows how to properly cash someone out, how to decorate all doughnuts, make all beverages/specialty items (ice cream products, milkshakes and coffee) and know how to make doughnuts using the fryer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Makes doughnut batter according to recipe
· Understands and able to use doughnut machine
· Tops/boxes doughnuts according to specifications
· Able to accurately perform all POS operations
· Keeps all work areas clean
· Sweeps, mops, and washes dishes as necessary
· Executes cleaning duties
· Discards trash and cardboard as necessary
· Understands and is able to use coffee grinder and machine
· Understands and is able to use the espresso grinder, Puq press and espresso machine
· Exercises portion control for toppings, coffee service, milkshakes and other ice cream products
· Is an ambassador for outstanding guest service
· Relays all important information to manager/supervisor on duty
Additional Information
· No prior work experience necessary
· Must be able to work in a standing position for entirety of shift
· Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and regularly lift up to 25lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour
