The Job
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Management team. You will attract candidates and facilitate the hiring process across various business teams. As a brand ambassador, you will work to ensure all candidates have an authentic and approachable experience with us while navigating them throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
The Daily
- Develop a pool of diverse active and passive candidates for the business using proactive techniques
- Thoroughly vet candidates and make recommendations on the most effective interview teams to reduce the time from screen to offer
- Manage the recruiting process from posting to onboarding
- Focus on candidate experience by providing prompt and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers during the process
- Build collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and other HR partners to effectively manage expectations and ensure success
The Essentials
The ideal Recruiter candidate must possess all of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience with full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to successfully recruit for a broad range of positions across business functions and/or physical locations
- Proven ability to recommend and implement new ideas, processes, and techniques
- Proven analytical problem solver with demonstrated experience identifying issues, gathering relevant facts and information, evaluating alternatives, and providing solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time domestically
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
Preferreds:
- Bachelor’s degree
- HR experience
- Experience using a complex, integrated applicant tracking system
