What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow HRSD Developer position at Darwin Recruitment?

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to enhance HR service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
Document technical processes, designs, and user guides.
Customize and configure the HRSD platform to align with business requirements.
Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
Troubleshoot, test, and optimize the platform for peak performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

2 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD development,

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experienced in ServiceNow core modules and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

Knowledge of other HR systems (HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).

Experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and data migration.
