Managing our DELI department includes but is not limited to:
- Being knowledgable in deli meats/cheese products
- Maintaining a clean department
- Scheduling/Training
- Managing orders and inventory levels
- Merchandising product
- Stocking product (lifting, bending)
- Maintaining proper product rotation
- Billing and receiving paperwork

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years retail/grocery experience in a management or leadership role
- Professional appearance
