What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Transaction Support Specialist position at Dassault Systèmes?
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Prepare and track software renewals to assure reoccurring revenue using internal tools for order management and opportunity management
- Collaborate with internal teams throughout the quoting and buying process including Sales Business Administration, Deal Value Engineering, Pricing, and Legal
- Conduct checks and balances as required by specific revenue recognition guidelines throughout the entire software sales cycle
- Prepare quotations and license keys for customers/clients
- Contribute to accurate financial forecasting
- Support all activities surround processing of customer purchase orders
- Provide sales team support based on their daily activities/requests
- Maintain accurate install base records
- Identify and capitalize best practices to optimize the overall process
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 4 years’ experience in sales execution
- Experience in an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform preferred
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies and ensure local execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work creatively and adapt to change
- Business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks and working with Finance systems is a plus
