- Minimum 7 years in data science, analytics, or closely related fields
- Proven record in pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and deploying data‑driven solutions that delivered measurable business impact
- Programming & Scripting: Advanced experience in Python (and/or R, Java, SAS), with a strong track record in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Data Mining & Predictive Modeling: Demonstrated ability to clean, transform, analyze large datasets, build predictive models (classification, regression, clustering), and extract actionable patterns
- Big Data Technologies: Extensive experience with SQL, PySpark, Apache Spark and big-data pipelines for large‑scale ETL workloads
- Cloud Computing (GCP): Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, AI Platform) is strongly preferred; familiarity with equivalent platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Experience with statistical analysis, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and model performance evaluation
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work with cross‑functional teams (e.g. product, engineering, analytics, business stakeholders) to integrate models into production and translate results into business insights
