What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Evaluator position at DATA QUEST INVESTIGATIONS LTD?
Corporate investigative agency located in Massachusetts. Currently, our Mystery Shopping division, has a need for a Customer Service Evaluator to complete monthly Independent Contractor opportunities. These IC opportunities will vary and may consist of audits of parking garages, parking lots, retail stores, grocery stores, movie theaters, liquor stores, security checks, bars and or/restaurants.
A Customer Service Evaluator would be provided with a monthly schedule of these audit types, mostly consisting in the Greater Boston area and surrounding towns, with certain date/timeframes that would need to be followed. However, as these are IC audits, there is flexibility when our scheduling team creates the monthly route which would be approved before assigned any route.
An Ideal Customer Service Evaluator should have the following qualifications:
1. A reliable vehicle
2. 21- 30 YOA (Pref 21-25)
*More auditing opportunities in this age group
3. Ideal for Students, Gig economy or Parttime workers
*Great for students in CJ, Hospitality, Business and Management
4. Need to be available a few times a month on a weekday either between 8am-3pm or after 4pm. Need weekday availability in at least one of these timeframes
5. Good observing and reporting skills
*When assigned any audit, you are provided the detailed audit guidelines. After each audit, there is a survey to be followed that is required to be submitted before an audit is considered complete.
6. Background or interest in customer service/hospitality
7. Can legally work in the US
Each audit pays a flat fee of $20- $50 depending on the type of audit. Many also include reimbursements to complete an audit assignment.
