We're hiring a Data Quality Coordinator who will work with their peers to cleanse, standardize, maintain, and promote large data sets for our National Voter File with the utmost accuracy.
This is an in-person position at our Arlington, VA office.
Responsibilities
- Use SQL to standardize and finalize data sets to match with existing data builds
- Identify errors in various data sets and propose fixes to avoid future errors
- Responsible for updating internal databases and datasets with voter data information
for department, company-wide, and client use
- Process vote history files and requests for various states and elections as they are
collected
- Push voter data to various internal databases
- Coordinate with the Data Acquisition department to append vote history data timely
- Coordinate with the GIS department to provide accurate data for map creation and
visualizations
- Consistently communicate with internal teams on specific updates pertaining to voter
file builds
- Perform other related tasks as requested by other departments, management, and
leadership
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently on tasks and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
Qualifications
- Experience using SQL
- Bachelor's degree Political Science, Statistics, or related field
- Previous technical internship experience, preferred
- Experience with other programming languages (Python, Java, R), preferred
- Experience with political data, preferred

Salary : $58,300 - $73,800
