Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of human resources management practices.

Duties

• Provide expertise in Human Resources to the organization ensuring consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
• Participates in the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of the onboarding and offboarding process.
• Utilize HR software systems such as Success Factors, ADP for efficient HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Participate in the engagement and safety committee activities and responsibilities
• Supports the Americas HR team by participating in weekly meetings, sharing knowledge, completing ad hoc projects, and/or providing back up support when needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Generalist or HR administrator, or business partner in a corporate environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in onboarding/offboarding
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to employee rights, workplace safety, wage and hour laws, and benefits compliance. Ability to apply legal principles to HR practices, ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Ability to consult on all facets of human resources including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, change management, org development, and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred or equivalent experience and HR certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $34.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
