Role Description
Dataram is seeking an experienced and dynamic New Business Salesperson / Account Executive to join our North American team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and their portfolio of services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive new revenue growth. The target enterprise customer typically has annual revenues of more than $1B USD and target system integrator / "white box builder" has annual revenue of more than $50M USD therefore, experience of working within this market level is desired.
This is a hybrid role (60% onsite in Warminster PA / 40% remote).
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and promoting products and services. They will also handle sales inquiries, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
This person will be responsible for account development and management in North American.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Present and sell the company’s portfolio of services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT hardware and solution sales at an enterprise level.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus
