Daughter for Hire is different from a Home Health Care Agency. We do not provide personal or medical care.
Medical background or certification is NOT required!
Our focus is strictly companion care and we provide non-medical in-home respite services that assist the elderly, give their families peace of mind, and make it possible for seniors to age in place and enjoy their golden years.
Daughter for Hire is recruiting part-time care companions in the Mohawk Valley to help seniors in their homes.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Companionship
· Light Housekeeping
· Laundry
· Meal Preparation
· Assistance with errands
· Assistance with transportation to appointments
Qualifications:
· A strong desire to help others
· Ability to engage in conversations
· Works well in both team and individual settings
· Punctuality and reliability
· Excellent communication skills
Candidates should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Our core criteria for hiring care companions are honesty, integrity, patience, caring nature, compassion, and a pleasing personality.
Weekday and Weekend hours available - 6 hours minimum commitment per week.
All care companions are required to have their own reliable transportation, past employment references, and pass a nationwide background check.

Pay: From $17.55 per hour
