About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated client account manager who will manage high profile YouTube management clients, while working from a strategic and creative perspective. With guidance from the Director of Platforms, the client account manager will work closely with the clients to manage their YouTube related needs and ensure that strategic processes are effectively carried out from development to analysis. The role requires a constantly-evolving understanding of new media trends. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and will also love to dig into analytics and trends to employ a “right brain/left brain” approach to content creation from a marketing and growth perspective.

Responsibilities

• Create content plans & growth strategy for YouTube clients
• Communicate with each Creator in helping them push out better content
• Watch our creators YouTube videos & give our editors feedback our thumbnail designers to help better the thumbnail
• Work with several clients weekly & meet with them via video call to help them improve their content to help improve CTR & Retention rates
• Upload content to YouTube & Optimize SEO in title, descriptions, and tags
• Manage content calendars & direct our editors to build desired content
• Communicate clearly with clients & position yourself as their content manager
• Oversee our clients editors & designers to ensure videos will get done on time & launched on time
• Be the "Go To" for our management clients

Requirements:

• Must be a creative personality who is eager to learn and grow
• Ability to plan out and delegate tasks independently with deadlines in place, while maintaining a high level of organization
• Ability to analyze YouTube Creator & Dashboard analytics
• Be able to use data to optimize content
• YouTube connoisseur & passion for YouTube
• Understand the ins & outs of being a creator
• No editing is required but knowing how to make a good edited video

Schedule

Must be able to work Monday through Friday

At least 4 hours per day. We are open 8am to 4pm

This role takes a hands on role with some of our clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
